As a byproduct of Potassium Sulfate Mannheim production process, Hydrochloric acid has been a rising problem. The problem of how to consume and treat it really matters with SOP production stability. The current most economical way to consume Hydrochloric acid is using lime or limestone to prepare low-concentration solution of Calcium chloride by neutralizing reaction. As a raw material of Calcium chloride products, producing Calcium chloride can consume Hydrochloric acid in quantity. Therefore, to balance the byproduct Hydrochloric acid, it is proposed to invest in Calcium chloride project based on the market demands.
