2. Production Flow
The raw material used to prepare Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate is Magnesium oxide (80% above).
Add water or mother liquid into the reactor. During stirring, Magnesium oxide will be added to the tank at a certain proportion, then sulfuric acid. Stir for half of an hour to react them well.
Pump the filtered liquid into the crystallizer to adjust PH value with sulfuric acid and add an appropriate amount of Magnesium sulfate seed crystal, and then cool them. Then the material is put into the middle tank, and the material is pumped into the centrifuge for separation. The mother liquor is recycled and the solid enters into the hot blast furnace to dry and screen, and the final product is obtained.
